Personal data is handled in compliance with current legislation (modified Act 78-17 of 6th January 1978 relating to data protection and freedom of information).
The company 10-Vins, manager of the website www.10-Vins.com, and any affiliated companies (parent or sister companies, subsidiaries, etc.) (hereinafter called “10-Vins”), strives constantly to protect and respect your privacy. The following information describes in full how we gather and process your personal data.
Data collection and processing
1. Nature of collected and processed data
We collect and process all of the following data: personal data stored during the order process or when you send us a claim; your previous correspondence with our departments; information provided for the purposes of surveys and questionnaires; and details of past transactions. For commercial and technical reasons, we may collect information relating to your computer and your IP address. We use cookies which tell us about your connection behaviour. They provide us with data and various parameters via your internet browser. Rest assured that such information is of a purely statistical nature and does not identify you as an individual. 10-Vins makes every effort to protect your personal data and thus limit the risk of their loss, degradation or abusive use. Despite the security measures implemented, 10-Vins cannot guarantee, and declines responsibility for, the safe passage and the integrity of data sent to third parties via the 10-Vins website. In particular, the internet user acknowledges the limitations and inherent risks of using the Internet and hereby undertakes to take appropriate preventive measures to protect the privacy of his/her own personal data (including any passwords required to access the services proposed by 10-Vins).
